The wire mesh produced by the wire mesh factory is divided according to the temperature of the metal at the time of drawing. The drawing below the recrystallization temperature is cold drawing, and the drawing above the recrystallization temperature is hot drawing. Drawing is warm drawing.1-1Z6151H21AD.jpg

Cold drawing is the most common drawing method used in the production of metal wires and wires. When hot drawing, the metal wire is heated before entering the die hole. It is mainly used for the drawing of high melting point metals such as tungsten and molybdenum.

During warm drawing, the metal wire also needs to be heated to the specified temperature by the heater before entering the die hole for drawing. It is mainly used for drawing of zinc wire and difficult-to-deformed alloy wire such as high-speed steel wire and bearing steel wire.

According to the number of models that the wire still passes during the drawing process, the drawing through only one model is a single pass.

It is divided into non-sliding continuous drawing and sliding continuous drawing. According to the form of the smoothing agent used in the drawing, the liquid smoothing agent is used for wet drawing, and the solid smoothing agent is used for dry drawing. According to the sectional shape of the drawn wire, there are round wire drawing and shaped wire drawing.
